Nate Jones is Director of Fires Requirements, Capabilities and Solutions for Land Warfare & Air Defense for Raytheon Missiles & Defense, a business of Raytheon Technologies. He leads efforts to identify and capture new business opportunities, both in the U.S. and globally for air and missile defense systems, long range precision fires weapons, radars, command and control systems and advanced defense technologies.
Jones is a 26-year veteran of the U.S. Army Air Defense Artillery, advocates for bringing the most advanced and innovative technology to military customers. He combines his military expertise with strategic vision – a MIT Sloan School of Management Design Thinker, a U.S. Army War College Strategic Leader and Policy Analyst, and a MIT Management Executive Education Organizational Design for Digital Transformation certified leader.
He holds a master’s degree in International Relations and graduated from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College. He is servant leader, serving on several Boards, is an inductee named on the U.S. Army Air Defense Artillery (ADA) Branch Warrant Officer Wall of Honor, and volunteers to help veterans and their families.
