Professional Bio

A retired Army Lt. Colonel who served more than 20 years as a senior commander and strategic leader. Lee is a highly successful and experienced executive-level business leader with deep understanding of the Department of Defense, Army, Federal Civilian, and commercial marketplaces. Business development and program focused areas include Logistics, Mission Systems, Human Capital and Financial Management Enterprise Systems, Agile Application Development and Sustainment, IT Integration and Infrastructure, Cloud Analytics, Cyber Security, Innovation, and Transformation. Led and supported business development of more than $1.8 billion in contracts and provided strategic oversight of multiple Department of Defense deliveries. Served in strategic and long-range planning positions at the highest levels at Army Headquarters including strategic planning and management of the education and training for senior Army officers, battalion commander of one of the largest in the Army, and service as the senior military assistant to the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Manpower and Reserve Affairs at the Pentagon. Lee has bachelor’s degree from West Point, and master’s degrees in both Public Administration and National Security & Strategic Studies. Lee is also a graduate of the Naval War College. He has a Top-Secret, SSBI Security Clearance.
