Beverly Marie Stipe

30 year retired Colonel. One of the first four female ADA Battalion Commanders and one of the first three female ADA Brigade Commanders. Attended the US Army War College, CGSC, ADA OBC and OAC, Patriot Officers Course, Nike Hercules Officers Course, FMS, and Air Assault School. Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology, emphasis in Sports Medicine (USM), and Masters Degrees in Strategy (War College) and Organizational Management (UoPHX). Commanded 3rd Battalion, 2nd ADA from 1998 to 2000 with Gulf War deployments, and The US Army Kwajalein Atoll (USAKA)/Reagan Test Site from 2004-2006 with special emphasis on providing the infrastructure for Mr. Elon Musk and SPACEX to develop technologies used with Dragon Rocket Engine test flights. Upon retirement after over 30 years in uniform, Constructed a world class pet boarding facility in North East El Paso, with two missions: help veteran PTSD soldiers with animal care positions, and provide the best pet boarding for soldiers on deployment, near or far. The Pet Barracks was sold when physical limitations prevented unique management capability. It is still the best boarding kennel in the region. Happily married to Gary Stipe for the past 41 years. Three children and two grandchildren.
